Jeffrey Stout.
Founder and President, BlueSky Professional Services Group
Prior to forming BlueSky, Jeff spent 18 years as a Partner in the Financial Services Practice of Accenture. Jeff started BlueSky in 2006 after three former clients all told him, “Jeff, you should start your own firm.” BlueSky has since grown into a thriving company with an impressive team and client roster. Outside of work, Jeff is an avid runner and has completed the Los Angeles Marathon four times. He enjoys traveling the world and loves spending time in his fiancé’s home country of Argentina. She jokes that he knows more about Argentina than she does! His real passion is vintage automobiles and racing. He has competed in the La Carrera Panamerica in Mexico and the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion. He likes life at 145mph.
Jeffrey Lombardo.
Principal
Jeff Lombardo joined BlueSky after working in the Business & Systems Integration Practice of Accenture. While at Accenture, Jeff primarily worked with companies in the mutual funds and auto-finance industries. Before Accenture, Jeff lived in Santiago, Chile working with Business News Americas. Jeff is always on the go and spends his free time on the beach playing volleyball, surfing or lifeguarding. In college he was the captain of the Claremont McKenna Men’s Water Polo team. Jeff was the 2013 Lifeguard American Ironman National Champion. He has lived abroad several times, loves to travel and has a current Olympic attendance streak going.
Kate Wilhelm.
Principal, Business & Technology Consulting
Kate has more than 20 years of national and global experience in workforce transformation, human capital, program management, and leadership development. She has led teams as a management consultant and as an executive within organizations across multiple industries including financial services, products, and health care. Kate brings a unique combination of intuition, perspective, intelligence, and commitment to every engagement. Prior to joining the BlueSky team, Kate spent over a decade with Accenture where she focused on the banking and insurance industries. Past positions include St. Joseph Health (now Providence St. Joseph Health) and U.C. San Diego Health where she led talent and organizational development, and program management. Kate’s favorite things to do include strength training, running, beach volleyball, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. You’ll also find her engaged in the nearly lost art forms of designing her own greeting cards and writing letters.
Nikolas Healy.
Principal
Nik Healy is part of the Executive Search team and focuses on finding and attracting healthcare, life sciences and cross-industry talent for BlueSky’s clients. Nik is a graduate of the University of Southern California and was a two-time NCAA Water Polo Champion. He is a dual citizen of the USA and Sweden, and loves to travel, spend time with family and enjoy outdoor activities and music.
Vaishnavi Gomadam.

Vaishnavi is a graduate of Georgia Tech where she earned a degree in Electrical Engineering. Prior to joining BlueSky, she worked as a communications, media and telecom consultant in Accenture’s Atlanta office where she led several large-scale transformation projects involving E2E Oracle implementations. Vaishnavi’s out of office experiences are focused on traveling the world with her family in search of new places to explore and trying to keep up with her young daughter. And if you happen to be in Atlanta in the right place at the right time you might just find Vaishnavi putting her Bharatanatyam (classic Indian dancing) skills on display in a performance.
Rebecca McKenzie.
Finance & Operations Director
Becca came to BlueSky from Accenture’s IT Strategy & Transformation practice. Within Accenture, she focused on program management, primarily for IT transitions supporting mergers and acquisitions. Becca grew up in southeast Michigan and graduated from Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Outside of BlueSky, Becca stays active by paddle boarding, working out at the gym and running her two boys to soccer and hockey practices. She enjoys a great meal out, but also loves to cook, especially anything with chocolate.
Christina Kahn.

With a background in traditional media, Christina began her career in broadcast television advertising sales for Katz Media Group and NBC. Later, she was inspired by the growth of digital media and joined a start-up in a marketing role where she developed social and digital campaigns aimed at driving product awareness and sales. In the course of her work, she became IAB certified in Digital Media Sales. When she’s not putting her media expertise to work or proudly cheering on her two teenagers at swim meets and basketball games, Christina is in the water herself competing in ocean races or enjoying the challenge of a crossword puzzle.
Abby Radmilovich.
Search Associate
Abby began her career at Accenture as part of the leading edge Electronic and High Tech Practice that defined eCommerce with the first online global applications, and later was part of the project that launched the Accenture and Microsoft venture, Avanade. Her “official” career was put on hold when her family moved to Tokyo, Japan for 10 years, where Abby couldn’t sit still and became a leader of both the Tokyo American Club and The American School in Japan. Returning to Southern California full time, Abby is excited to be a part of the BlueSky team and help professionals take the next steps in their careers. You can also find Abby cheering on her two teenagers on the sports fields and courts of the South Bay, or traveling with her family when they find the time between games.
